Welcome to Vernbec, the home of wellbeing, balance and growth, where we specialise in discovering what you want out of life and how you get it, support your development and facilitate you reaching your goals.

Always beside you, helping you on your journey to be your best you.

Working with individuals, teams, companies in a way that works for you and appreciates that we are all different.

We particularly love working with the roundpeggers, those who don’t quite fit in the square hole and do life in their own way,

Our History

Vernbec was established in 2016 and looked very different back then, focussing on the LGBT community (whom we still love by the way) and in 2024 we bought a radio station for £1, called Happy Hits, the happiest radio station in the UK.

Happy Hits Radio is becoming its own entity and so we are focussing on our core business of coaching, mental health nursing, assessments, content creation, membership hub and undertaking assessments.
